Help Please!

Hey ... im sure there is someway to gain access to files that are Write Or Full Protected... I have a couple of files in a folder called isrvs at the destination of c:\windows\isrvs\ there are some files in there Desktop.exe edmond.exe isearch.xpi msdbhk.dll ffisearch.exe mfiltis.dll and a folder called icons with 2 images in it .. anyway when i try to delete/rename or change the properties on any of theese it tells me Cannot Delete edmond: please make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.. is there any software that i can use or any sideway around this ? ... any help appreciated thankx

 

That directory is virus related. Most likely a trojan.
