Help Plz! Formatting Win XP PRO

    Hey... I have been tryin to format my OS... i read all the tips and everything... but still nothin... ok i pop in my cd. and then i restart. i go to the "windows XP Setup" and i go though some of the stuff... and where it shows the partitions... my HD. i go to press delete.. and then say that there is temporary install files which will be needed to install xp... and so i cant delete it... im like what the crap?! Can some one help me?! has anyone gone through what i am goin through right now? HELP ME!!!

    Hmm... i have a blank floppy disk...? o.0 im not really sure waht to do... but i think i understand what ur trying to say though... be more specific... like directions... thanx for the help though!

    If you cannot still remove that partition using the XP cd then below are bootdisk options


    http://www.bootdisk.com/ have bootdisks for you to download, get the WinME download which is an executable batch file pop your blank floppy in the drive and double click the downloaded file and the process to create a bootdisk is done automatically for you, once its created then follow the steps Military outlined above and enter bios and set to boot from floppy drive > save and exit bios > on reboot your pc will boot to the floppy and then you will be able to access the Fdisk commands..... just follow Militarys instructions in his second post.
