Hmmm, those error codes aren't listed.

Are you sure the memory is fully seated--the clips on either side snap into place?

You could try it with no HD or CDROM connected to see if it boots.

what exactly did you do with the PSU?

Is the power light on the front of the case green?

Well the 1-3-2 beep fits in here:
Which says, "Memory not being properly identified or used". Maybe the stick of memory is bad. Swap the one stick that's in with the other.

You may have seen this thread about the 1-3-2 beep code involving incompatible memory.

Was this computer working with this same RAM at some point in the past?

If not, are you sure the RAM is compatible?

@sach2 No i am using a same RAM which are working before this problem and even change a RAM with a extra RAM which i had since a long time..they are compatible....but bleeps...btw is there anyway to check the motherboard is working or not?

@estell64..recycling ...that's the last option... which i am saving for later

    Hi

Change the otherboard CMOS battery for a known good one and reset CMOS, actually taking the battery out will do this for 10mins, then with only one stick of ram in test PC, do also make sure all hardware is firmly connected, if you have spare IDE and a floppy cable swap them for known good ones.
