First download and run CrapCleaner: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4191.html
On the Windows Tab of CrapCleaner leave the default settings and then click the Run Cleaner button on the bottom right.

In your HijaakThis log you could fix:
    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar,LinksFolderName = Liens
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {2282E8A2-DBE7-F5A8-DEE3-06B74CC52163} - (no file)
    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - (no file)

Do you have any idea what this program is:
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\ogoffl.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ogoffl] C:\WINDOWS\System32\ogoffl.exe

In your first log you had these lines that I questioned:
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\ogoffl.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ogoffl] C:\WINDOWS\System32\ogoffl.exe

Now they are gone but you have these new lines:
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\shfrw.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [shfrw] C:\WINDOWS\System32\shfrw.exe

I don't think they belong here but they are not going to go away without some additional steps.
    1) run this online scan: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp
    2) disable system restore: http://www.majorgeeks.com/vb/showthread.php?t=31668
    3) reboot in safe mode: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001052409420406?OpenDocument&src=sec_doc_nam
    4) make sure you have enable Windows explorer to view hidden file:
    http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html
    5) delete this file: C:\WINDOWS\System32\shfrw.exe
    6) run HijaakThis and have it fix the following line: O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [shfrw] C:\WINDOWS\System32\shfrw.exe
Now reboot in normal mode. Do not re-enable system restore yet! Let's make sure everything is okay first.

After running online scan, do I clean or delete files, or don't do anything?

  8. chaslang

chaslang MajorGeeks Admin - Master Malware Expert Staff Member

You have to check the auto clean box on the Trend Micro window that comes up.

Everything is gone now after running this online scan! Thx all for your help!
    have a nice day!
