Help Plz!!

Ive just installed Ares and now when im downloading something like 10 or 15 minutes later it gets disconnected and my Internet is not working either and im not able to access the internet anymore and then i have to restart the computer a few times to start it.
Does anyone know how to stop this?

it happens a lot my isp is fine when i use limewire that never happened...

 

hi, have you done a malware scan, i had a problem with limewire always connecting even when i uninstalled the program, it re-installed itself and connected to the net with no help from me (just my 2ps worth), i use bearshare now but it needs cleaning

it dont think it has to do with any malware or anything because all the other p2p programs i used on the computer didnt have that problem
