Help recover pictures from webcam.

My windows XPsp3 died on me and i had to put in a new one.

I have the old broken one on a dvd.

But i forgot to copy my pictures from my

CMe2+ Web Camera Drive to my local disks

Now I installed the new XP and added the driver but i found the new cam drive doesnt have the old pictures.

How can i recover them?

 

How awful! :cry I can't believe I overlooked this thread. Have you found anything that can help? :confused I afraid this is a difficult one...

They are not deleted. There were on a custom drive as i specified. That custom drive is stores them somewhere in program files, windows or my documents. And the windows there we on is backed up on a dvd since its was nuked by a virus.

 

So are you able to search them or not? Have you run a search for just

.gif

and so on?
