[HELP]Retrieve File

Is there any way that I could retrieve files I accidentally deleted?Even in my Recycle Bin i empty it..confused Help me pls.?:cry

Of these apps, I have used Restoration numerous times, and I can definitely tell you that it works, and it's easy to use, and it's a stand-alone program meaning that no install is needed (which is actually a HUGE deal; if it installed, it may overwrite the data you're trying to recover). When using any recovery app, it's best to have a 2nd hard drive or USB flash drive or some other external place to put the files when recovered; or else the recovery of one file may over-write the next file you want to resurrect.... if you need some in-depth scanning and recovery, try PCInspector: http://www.pcinspector.de/file_recovery/uk/welcome.htm I've used this to save data from corrupt and formatted drives!
