HELP!!!.. runtime error..and

have installed the desktop manager for blackberry and when i go to launch the roxio media manager i get the following error message.... microsoft visual c++ runtime library...program c:\program files\roxio\media manager 9\mediamanager9.exe.... can someone tell me how i can fix this issure as i cannot launch the software as i keep getting this message
i have been trying to fix this since last night and most of the day today also on the phone with the folks at blackberry for 2 1/5 hours....

It's a problem for some using Roxio, suggestions are: use older 4.1 Desktop Manager software or remove Roxio.
