    Hey guys,
I am having a problem when scanning anything. Apparently when ever you try to scan a document while its going through the scanning process it autocrops for it self as well and part of my document's words are lost.
I know it's probably something with the configuration.
    Please help.

    Thanks,
    Babyangel.

    Re: Help

You probably just answered the question yourself!! But in order to help you better understand how to adjust your settings for your scanner and/or photo editing program...we need more details!!!!

What make and model is the scanner??

What software does the scanner or you, use for scanning and editing your photos??

Otherwise we are basically shooting in the dark here!! But like you said...odds are it is a setting in your setup software for your scanner!!!! We just got to figure where the setting is, and how to access it!!??

    Roger

    Hi,
I am currently using Visioneer Scanner One Touch 6600 USB.
    San Soft Paperport Deluxe.
As far as software goes.....main one is photo suite lll SE and Photoshop.

Is there any way to undo the autocrop feature so that it does not come on automatically but you have to choose it when you need to?

    Thanks
    Babyangel
