Help setting up Cisco valet router

I have a IMac and a HP HDX windows 7 laptop. I purchased a Cisco valet M20 router and did set up both as wireless in my home. They both ran ok in the wireless mode. My laptop now will not connect to the internet and it when i connect my PC it says "connected with limited access". I have no internet access. I called Cisco and they said it was a problem with my laptop. My laptop can connect to any other wireless I encounter. I tried to reinstall but to no avail. Does anyone know what might be causing my PC from connecting to this router?
