Help somebody, I have downloaded F-secure Rescue CD and when i boot it has

    scanned /opt/f-secure/fsscan_partition.sh;line 278. 3395 killed

    /opt/f-secure/fsscan_partition.sh;line;302. 3431 killed

    /opt/f-secure/fsscan_partition.sh;line 901. 3456 killed

    /opt/f-secure/fsscan_partition.sh;line 901. 3530 killed

    and then the cusor just sits there, it has been doing nothing now for about 20 mins + at the top validating aqualnx32 is only 99%!


    Any ideas what is wrong?

    Do I have to type a command?

    Hello,
    You could have a corrupted CD from a bad burn. Try burning at the lowest speed. If that does not work, try the Kaspersky or DR Web Live CD.

    That, or the system doesn't have enough RAM. I got similar errors when I tried scanning a 256MB RAM PC.
