HELP: SUSPICIOUS MINDS: Looks like a spyware problem!

Hi guys,

I've been having some crazy hiccups with my PC lately and wondered if anyone could PLEASE sort this out?

I have the HIJAAK THIS log (attached). Some peculiar things that have happened lately is the keyboard freezing up while everything else works around it???

Have some VxD error messages popping up now and again as well! So any kind soul who can point out the problems please?

HijackThis is not the first step and we have guidelines about posting them.

First, please follow ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal
If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.

NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined. If you have any difficulty please post back letting us know what steps you have completed, what you found while doing the scans if anything and details about any problems you have encountered in completing the steps. The more details you can provide the better.

Hi Ice - I remember you

Why is HJT running here - C:\ADOBE\HIJACKTHIS.EXE ??

You should UNINSTALL Incredimail it causes a lot of problems. See entry for IMAPP.EXE at Answers that work, below.

This, along with the Napster and FunWeb are begging to give you problems.

Hey thank you VERY MUCH guys! I didn't expect such a fast response! Also, my apologies for not following the guidelines, won't happen again.
