HELP! Task manager "cropped..." STRANGE!

Hi Fellow Geeks,
I am having a very odd problem...
A few friends visited my house tonight and one was checking email and browsing web sites. I just sat down in front of my computer and saw that the task manager is "cropped." I have attached a screen shot. I cannot get the tabs or anything to come up and this is driving me crazy! I know there must be a simple solution, but I don't know what it is... PLEASE help, someone!

I feel like SUCH an IDIOT!!
I knew it was something simple like that... I had minor sinus surgery on Wednesday and my head is still fuzzy...
Yeah, I've been away for awhile but I'm glad to be back! Everyone please let me know what has been going on here for the past few months or so.

Thanks. If you guys don't see me as an idiot then I don't see myself as one... However, it is humorous at times that I can take the most complicated math or physics problem and solve it, just don't ask me to multiply two numbers, LOL!
