    no idea what make! but its got 6 pretty lights, 3 above the lens and 3 below.
    oh yes and i'm using xp, think its service pack 2. dont know too much about computers, but i have tried to find drivers for the bloody thing using the add hardwear thingy in the control panel. thank you very much for trying to help
    ps this is the first time i've ever used major geeks to get information its geekomagic!!!

    Go to the Device Manager to see if any yellow markers are shown. Those are the ones to check out.

    You'll have to look on the internet at pictures of webcams until you find something that looks like yours then post the link to the site with the picture.
    I'd say it is next to impossible to find the correct driver if we have no idea what make and model the webcam is.
