Help to speed up my dial up

    I have a dial up connection, but it is slow. Is there anyway to speed it up?
    Unable to get DSL, dial up is the only opion in this area. Wish my download and connection speeds were faster, so what are my options with out having to buy a bunch of expensive programs. I am on a budget you know. Any info would be helpful, like free downloads on this web site. Thanks to all who respond.

    Do not worry about buying programs they do not do any thing to begin with.

    If your DialUp is slow due to noisy old phone lines you are simply stuck.
