   i use bittorrent and i just moved on campus again and they block the use of p2p ports. i know there has to be a way around it with the use of proxies and stuff but i really dont get it. the fastest it goes is 0.1 kb/s at times. what can i do!!
   
   any help would be greatly appreciated.

   Don't school campus's usually monitor the torrents because someone who I know used Limewire and they warned him not to again.
