Good morning! Well first of all a few weeks back I contact the forum for help because my computer was kicking off the internet and running wild. I was given some help in form of run basic spyware, trogan and virus removal. This was done and I then was told to download hijack this and post log. Okay here is were I did a bang-up job. I have downloaded this zip file but it went into my documents location. Please advise me on how to extract this file, so that it can be put in its own folder. I'm using WinMe also I'm new to the computer so please allow for my short comings. While I have been getting knocked off of internet I have been keeping in touch with you through my sister Vivian01 she's a godsent. Have read your tutorial trying hard to follow.
Any and all advise welcomed. Glen001

    Glen001,
Simply extract it to its own folder using a program like Winzip. You need to browse, for example to your c: drive, select create folder and make a folder called HijackThis and then extract all files there.
