Help upgrade my PC. Aida32 stats included. TYVM

My thoughts are my next step should be upgrading to a faster HD. Does my mobo support SATA300? Anyone know of a good 10k rpm drive w/ 100+ GB storage, 16+MB buffer, and 300mbs xfer speed? (preferably <= $150)

Any other upgrade suggestions you have would be nice. I don't have a large budget atm, but I"m workin' on it. ^_^

edit: I'm mainly concerned about gaming performance. More specifically MMOs (although I play games like Elder Scroll and Unreal Tournament as well).

A bit more than the price point you are looking at. $180

Though, performance related items would be CPU and video card. The HDD would mostly be starting of said games, and level loading.

 

Awesome, ty for the reply, and the link. I did a lot of research and couldn't find that one. My vid card is fairly new, so I'm surprised to mentioned it. I think I'll upgrade the processor after the HDD.
