help!vpn?

hi im currently staying here in the UAE and alot of sites here are blocked, can anyone help me open this sites and play some videos on it.in the office someone installed a Express VPN GUI and i dont know who installed it,its a good software but when i searched it i need to buy the sofware.

does anyone know where could I get free software like that or something that i can use to open this "Blocked sites"? thank u very much! ill wait for your advice and tips thank u again.
