Help w/IE 7

Hello,
I'm brand new to this site and this is the first time I've posted. I hope I'm in the right forum, if not - please have patience w/me, until I figure it out!

I was relunctant but finally downloaded IE 7. It's working out ok for me w/only a few minor problems so far. I'm hoping someone can help me.

Before I always had a link to Outlook Express in my top tool bar. Now, I can't find any way to access my email w/out going to START - then clicking on OUTLOOK EXPRESS to open it. It's much more time consuming and confusing.

Can someone please tell me where it is on the new IE 7 tool bar - or how to add it to My Favorites, or just someway to access it faster and easier--like it was before? It's probably there and I'm just missing it.

Start, IE7.
Right click on the tab bar. A context menu will appear, with the following info:
Menu bar
Links
Status bar
Lock the toolbar
Use large icons
Customize command bar.

Move the mouse over "Customize command bar". Then select Add/remove Commands.
A new window will appear called "Customize toolbar".
On the left window, highlight "read mail".
Click on "ADD".
This will add the "read mail" icon to your toolbar. But, it is located on the FAR right. So, next we want to move it to the top. So, under "Current toolbar buttons", highlight "read mail", then click the "Move up" button, till "read mail" is at the top of the list. Click close.

You should now have the mail icon on your toolbar.
