Help w. Power Save feature

    I would like my monitor to go into power save mode after a certain period of time. I have set my screen saver to come on after 3mins, and i have set the powersave mode to engage after 10mins, but this feature doens't engae ever.

    Any ideas why it is not engaging?

    Silly question?
    After changing the settings did you click the apply bar and then the OK bar?

    Of course I did that. The unit just doesn't invoke the monitor off feature. I have checked all the features and bios and all appear to set correctly. For now I have just enabled the sleep mode to come on a little sooner.

    But if anyone has any suggestions as to why the monitor off function is not working I would appreciate some suggestions.
