Help Wav to mp3 program

There are plenty of programs that rip CDs...

I need an old fashioned program that converts WAVs to MP3s

perhaps something I could get off of torrents ?

There are literally TONS of utility’s that can help you to accomplish this. RightClick-MP3 1.65e is very useful and incredibly easy to use. Once installed you simply right-click any WAV or MP3 file, choose Encode from the ensuing menu, and the program does the rest.
