Help - Websites PLZ Read

    ok im starting a website and i m not sure how to do a few things anyone know how to do these (listed below) or haev a link or anything i would be very thankful!!!!

    1) a poll
    2) Fourms
    3) That info thing that like tells them there ip browser, n dns
    4) like register a name or like make is so they sign in
    5) Make it so the webpage auto formates to there setings
    6) And if you know any outher cool scritps or download!!!!
