Help!! What have I done wrong!

    I have had some updates trying to install every time I shut down my computer, also some programs I used to have on my desk top have disappeared and when I try to reinstall them I get this message:
    Internal Error 2932.
    C:\Windows\Installer\{259682D2-C528-479C-BEA0-6F793E73B99F}\IconF61D3384.exe,131
    What have I done wrong!!!!!!!!!
