Help with a urlmon.dll error...

Question on a urlmon.dll error i`ve been getting darn thing is driving me nuts....

a member here said try typing this in the run box
regsvr32 urlmon.dll and a window came up saying this..

Diregister sever in urlmon.dll succeeded

but still getting the error....
the error says

sorry for ith inconvence but microsoft has experenced a problem and needs to shut down the page closes when i ckick ok...then i have to start over.....
next it wants me to send a error report. like thats going to help>

anyone have any ideas on how to stop this

First what error is the system trying to send?
Has that error been resolved?
You can find out by choosing to see what is to be sent, instead of just cancelling.

If the error has been resolved and the notification is just a hangover as sometimes happens you can delete its calling exe from the runkeys in the registry.

To find out what is calling

start>run>typein
msconfig
Choose the start tab and
look at the list
It's probably urlmon.exe.
uncheck this and restart
if this stops it (temproarily) ppost again for a permanent solution.
