Help with Adware

    I have scanned my C: with NIS 2004 and it found these 4 items as spyware.
    I tried to fix it, but my NIS 2004 failed to delete.

    They are the following:

    IncFind BHO.dll
    TTIL.exe
    updaterInstall 112.exe
    WJLRCABX.IBP

    I also have Adaware installed, SpyBlaster, and SpyGuard. I also have ran the Adaware with this program not catching the ones listed. :rolleyes:

    Can you help?

    Safe mode and delete often helps. Or press ctrl alt and delete and see if you can end the process. This means finding the names, for example TTIL.exe, under processes after hitting ctrl alt delete and press stop. Let me know!

    I did the control alt delete and they were not there. So I searched and manually deleted the items. After I will run my NIS 2004 again.

    These things are becoming little bugs for sure. I manually deleted TTIL.exe and updaterInstall 112.exe, and WHLRCABX.IBP and more showed up for a visit.

    dc10.exe and dc11.ibp and dc3.exe, plus IncFindBHO.dll is still there after I ran my NAV 2004 again.

    What gives??

    Are you doing this from safe mode? If not do so :)

    More importantly, odds are you have startup items loading this and possibly a THIRD file that starts everything up. Go to start, run, msconfig and look through your startup for the files in question as well as anything eles suspicious. If your unsude of a file, ask us! :)
