help with anonymous proxy needed please

    I use Tor and Privoxy as my anonuymous surfing software. so far it is brilliant because it offers me a high level of anonymity, plus, its open source and it does not hog my resouces like Steganos internet anonymity and Ghost surf.
    The issue is my surfing experience is slowed down because of surfing through proxies. is there anyway to to optimise my PC or configure Tor and Privoxy to speed up my surfing slightly. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

    Not that I know of as speed is the trade off in having your surfing bounced off multiple proxy servers.
