Help with Avast Home plz!

Downloaded and installed Avast Home Ed, so far so good!

On its first scan, it shows 2 threats, Qdow_as2.dll and C:/NULL, which I put into the virus chest as recommended.

What to do now? I went to the Avast website, figuring I would find a library of viruses, each with some instruction on how to remove them.

I found a virus library, no listing for my threats, and no removal instructions.

Since I am quite sure that this is "operator error" due to inexperience with a new program, I am hoping someone will take a minute to help me out!

if it quarantined them, then you should be ok.
