help with Bitdefender

    I have dial up and I use Bitdefender. I have the virus definations on my usb drive but i keep bumping my nose on applying them to the correct folder. I know that it is supposed to be the plug in folder, but I would really appreciate any help in walking me through placing the definations into the correct folder. If someone would be able to help me step by step, perhaps even with screenshots, it would be VERY welcome!!!
