Help with cellphone

i got an lgax8600 mp3 phone and i have a micro sd card for it and i got a few songs on it they play fine on the computer but when i try to get them on the phone and it says no songs found on phone

 

Out of curiousity, how did you put the songs on the card? One by one, or are they in a folder? My granddaughter had loaded her mp3 with songs in folders and it did the same thing. (said no songs) After I re-added them without the folders it worked fine. Just a hunch.

 

i saved a playlist on limewire and loaded them on in a folder i think how do i do it the other way

 

Also sometimes if you just put tracks on the phone without using the software for the phone it won't find the tracks.

 

This is true so what I tell you may not work.

Set-up your card so that it it can be accessed by your PC.
Grab the folder and pull it to your PC, drop it in your music folder or documents.
Open it, so that you can see the song files. Open it again in another window. (Do not open the folder in 2nd window)
Drag the song files in the first window to the 2nd window. Drop them outside of the folder.
When all the songs are removed, delete the empty folder and close the 1st window.
Now you can hold down your CTRL and click all songs. That should highlight them all.
Click on one and hold, drag it to your card. They should move as a group.
Once again, I'm only guessing. This worked on one MP3 player, but not on another.(as funky munky states) And I don't know if phones will accept this procedure.

go to menu settings then memory then memory status then click right to card memory status format it tehn reput everything back on

 

anyone no how to type a url in the browser of a lgax8600?
