Help with Codecs

i have installed k-lite but a movie i am tryin to watch keeps sayin i need codec 55 has anyone got any idea as what i shud do??

 

Try this link http://www.free-codecs.com/download/MPEG_Layer_3_Codec.htm. Codec 55 is apparently related to mpeg sound.

i downloaded everything ive bin told to but its still the same heres the error message frm windows

Sorry for the obvious question but, did you double-click on the downloaded file to install it? Just checking
