Help!!! with DoW DC

i just got dawn of war: dark crusade for my computer but when i put it in and go to "my computer" it says there is no disk. but when i put it in my laptop it picks it up really fast. i want to play it on my desktop..... some one please help

1) Have you checked if your CD-Drive is ok? Try an another CD and see if it plays it normally.If not your Drive must to have something thats wrong...

2) If you have installed the game and you just can't run it cause it asks for a CD but you cant run the CD properly then you can download a crack from the internet... It has saved me a lot of times.
I can give you directions on how to crack a game but I dont know if this is your problem
