Help with Family Tree Maker problem

    I have changed computers, to a laptop, and am trying to get my Family Tree 2008 installed on the laptop. Installation seems to all be correct but the program will not connect to the internet directly from within the program like it is suppose to. Any ideas?

    Can you log in to Ancestry within the FTM browser
    Can FTM connect to the internet in a separate window,

    Do you have a firewall on your laptop that may be blocking out-going connections?
