I'm trying to figure out how to populate an e-mail subject line and carbon copy/blind carbon copy fields with user responses... To my understanding, this can only be done using JavaScript, which I know very little about.

I've created a form for submitting review requests, but based on information given by the end user, I'd like to populate the subject line, cc, and bcc fields accordingly. In InfoPath this can be achieved using rules; I'm not sure if there's anything comparable in LC.

Please see the attached (and apparently botched) attempt at creating script for this purpose... If anyone can tell me either how to fix the script so it gets done what I need, or any other method of completing the task, I'd appreciate it.

    Thanks in advance :)
