Help with HIJACK this log

And, if and when we ask for a log Attachment, do not have it double spaced.

 

By the way I have heard a way to get rid of it was by clicking the link customer support on the bottom left hand side of the fastlook.net page and dowloaded there removal tool.

I don't know if that works though.

 

If the other suggestion does not work, try this:

Check and have Hijack This fix these items:

Use HijackThis to fix any R0 & R1 lines that have anything with http://www.fastlook.net/ on them and also fix this O4 line:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [iexplore.exe] C:\WINDOWS\winlogon.exe

Reboot and delete the C:\Windows\Winlogon.exe file

C:\windows\winlogon.exe is bad but same file name in c:\Windows\System32 folder is a Windows system file and you should not touch that one.
