Help with Incredimail?

I know, not very many people like Incredimail, but I have a problem that I can't seem to solve and their "Support" is like dealing with a small child that can't read!
Suddenly last Tuesday, I couldn't receive any attachments. If I email myself, the attachments are gone when I get the email.
It says: "not found" when I click on the paper clip in the corner, and in the preview pane it has the little red x.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I have tried everything, shut down Norton and tried to send attachments, I've deleted the runtime folder, I've checked the settings on IE, they haven't changed....I don't know what to do!

I've been using Outlook 2000 on and off while this has been going on but that crashes continuously!

I'm at my wits end!!

Any help would be appreciated!
