Help With Juno/Netzero's free service...

I've been using these two ISP's for a few months now and have run out of my 10 hours. Now, I want to use another ISP but I can't because Juno/Netzero has a block on all of my browsers. I have tried uninstalling it and deleting everything manually, but I can't get rid of it. Do any of you know if there is a certain file or cookie (I've tried deleting all of those too) that I need to delete to take it off? I have tried everything and could really use some help. Juno/Netzero can't help me because they charge to get support and they don't have any help for it on their website. I am needing to type this on another person's computer because I haven't been able to access any websites to seek help. It's been two months and my 10 hours still hasn't been renewed even though it is supposed to be renewed every month. I haven't found anyone out there who has this problem and I am desperate for help. If anyone can help me, I'll be extremely greatful. Thanks!

and as well as Vonnie's suggestion a registry cleaner?

we have registry cleaners in abundance here, some free and some not so free

Regcleaner is a good first one to try out

and remove any netzero/jumo references.

a side note: The regsitry and removing what you dont know exactly what your removing can render you OS usless and a re-install maybe necassary! so caution is needed.
