Help with missing file Language/English.dll

My desktop gves me a error of missing file Languages/English and it only seems to be a problem when I print via my notebook to desk top, where it comes out printed in Chinese??? or something like Chinese. When I print from the desktop, there is no problem, but the desktop gererates the error of the missing file.
Can anyone tell me where to get a Language/English.dll, how and where to install it. ?????
