help with my ip address

    hi yeaterday my friend stayed at my house while i was gone. an she download some software called free hide ip well i unistall it an now my computer is runing really slow an every other webpage will download. i have already fix one problem the person will never be here when i'm gone again . now i hope you can help me i'm at the end of my rope an no place to go. any ideas on this please thanks.
