    Hi all
Was over at my parents today, and the Outlook Express email program on their computer somehow got messed up.
Where it normally says From: Subject: Received now only has the From:

Can someone please tell me how they can get the other two back?
I am sure my mom just clicked on something and lost it.
    Thanks
    Gal

OK I was wrong. She is running Outlook 2002 (10,4219,4219) SP.2
    There is nothing about headers.

Thanks, though, for your quick response.

    Any other advice?

A screenshot would go a long way.

In the headers where it says

    From Subject Received

This is as close as I can get to a screenshot. Am not on her computer. She only shows the From header. Not the Subject or Received

    Hope this helps.

I have Outlook Express but I went into mine and went up to that heading:

Where the From subject recieved are on mine you can right click and there's a choice for columns and you can check the ones you want to show up there along the bar

    Re: Help with Outlook

I had her right click on that and what came up was Format Columns.
The only choices she has are
    Available Fields:
    Flag Status
    From
    Attatchments

    Nothing else...

I know nothing about Outlook. Mine is the same as yours . Thanks for everyone's help so far.
I am going to bed now, but will be checking this in the morning to see if anyone else has any ideas.

OH, bummer, I was so proud of myself for figuring this out too. Well, maybe it's part of the solution. Sleep well.

    Re: Help with Outlook

Thanks Cowboy. I will have her try that today.

When I had her try this yesterday, her only options were
    Format Columns:
    Available Fields:
    Flag status
    From
    Attatchments

But, I will have her try it again.
Do you think she possible deleted something? Maybe needs to reinstall Outlook?

Time for me to head for work. Will check back later. Thanks again for the help.
