Help with PCI-to-USB

I recently bought a Techgear 2 port Usb2.0 Pci card. I installed it correctly and it booted up clean, but the thing is i cant get other software like MP3 software to reconize it as 2.0 when i hook it up to my MP3 it says please reconnect and connect it to 2.0 USB for faster results and it just goes at normal 1.0 speeds. Now i cant drivers for it and it has a exclamation mark in yellow next to ALi to USB Open Host controller 3 times and 1 exclamation mark on Standard Enhanced PCI to Usb Host Controller. Any kind of help would be appreciated

Running:WinXP (SP2)

 

Click on those yellow exclamation points and windows will tell you the problem even offer a trouble shooter (in me anyway) sounds like missing drivers or perhaps a sharining conflict.
