Help with popups - please!!!!!

I cannot get rid of popups. I just started having the problem a couple of weeks ago. I have the Yahoo Pop Up Blocker, the Google Pop Up Blocker, and have even tried Pop Up Stopper. I have run AdAware, SpyBot, Registry Mechanic and Hijack This. Nothing seems to work. Would anyone be willing to look at my Hijack this file? Thank you!!!!!!!
