Help with PSU's please.

I am getting parts for my 16yrs old Cousin who has an Secondhand Computer. A referbished HP from some office it is desktop style computer. he runs win7 on it is a pentium dual core i think. I know the psu model #437352-001. Could some one please tell me how i can get a vidoe card a psu and sound card and DDR2 240 pin ram to put in this computer For around $200 AU
I do know I need a low profile vicdeo card for a pci-e slot.
i wish to get these things by christmas for him.

What will he do with this PC?

 

What type of "desktop" is this? It sound like a workstation PC that you would have a hard time finding a high wattage PSU for. And, they can get expensive depending on the model workstation.

Need more info to steer you in the right direction. Make, model, OS please.

 

He would use the computer for gaming internet surfing and homework.
Would it be easier to get a a mini/midi tower? seconhand one?
He tryed to find the model number of case but had no luck.
Could you please tell where He could find it?

 

The model number should be on the rear of the computer case. You could also post a Speccy report from the machine in a post.
