Help with removing, Collected.AG and Purity Scan

Hi, my AVG detected a file called saaa.exe and has said it is a virus called Collected.AG and avg cannot remove it, or move it to virus vault. How do i get rid of this? Also, i have another virus called PurityScan and I went on their site to get the uninstaller, just wondering if that was a safe thing to do..
