Help with Removing Trojan DESPERATE

Could some one please tell me how to remove a trojan horse Startpage 8 from my system volume information? I have tried with adaware, tds3, norton, avg and none of them work. I have tried to search for the file in order to delete it but i cant find it. Could someone tell me what steps i need to take inorder to get rid of this?

I need something which i can download and delete things for free with.

Your help will be very appreciated!!

You need to disable system restore.

If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.
