   I've downloaded all the programs for killing the virus and im ready to start but i cannot get into the internet in safe mode with networking support. When i click on internet explorer the connect bit doesnt come up. Is there something i have to set in normal mode before i can use the interent in safe mode withnetworking support?

   If you have dial-up, it will not work. And what OS are we talking about?
   Don't forget the procedure states, if you cannot do the online scans in safe mode, run them in normal mode. Then go back to safe mode for the other steps.
