help with secure.html!!

I got this i can find the file and everything, wont let me delete it it appears when i open up IE, if i dont click the link on the website it gives me a big porno website :/ when i click the link it sends me to a site and tells me about my computer isnt safe and all this crap, and it says the only way to remove it is to buy and d/l their software. if u need the link to the website i can give it but im not sure if i should post it

 

please post the name of the software they say you have to buy. This is extortion.

ok the product its called smart security privacy protection tool. this is their website http://www.smart-security.info/main.php?a=DNN-2 and the file its on my computer called Secure.html i delete it or rename it and it comes back, its like there is another program or virus recreating it. oh and spy-bot, ad-aware. and sophos never found it

 

ok i just restored my computer and it went away. but idk if thats the only way to get rid of it and im not sure if it went away :/ but it hasnt come back yet

 

you mean you wiped your system clean or just ran a restore point?

Make sure you have ALL the necessary updates to Windows.
