Help With Sygate Personal Firewall SVP

    Hi! If anyone is familiar with this program I'd appreciate some help with the following message I received from it....

    Application Hijacking has been detected
    The application: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe try to launch another application: C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe

    A little window popped up with bells and whistles, I denied the change, but my cpu went up to a 100% and when I checked Task Manager there was a cmd.exe running which I ended causing the cpu usage to drop back to normal. Might be better to ask on the Sygate forum, but um I get better answers here LOL :) . Any insights on what happened would be appreciated. Thanks!

    sygate is right, something from eks. a server try to start your DOS with the command cmd.exe and therefore sygate block it. Best regards oldi
