Help with System 32 Window

Would anyone happen to be able to help me please. I am running Xp and when I turn on my computer, each and ever time, my System 32 window pops up on the screen. I havent found any viruses, or any other problems, just that window coming up on startup

 

I just finished looking at some of your previous posts here, and noticed that you had been infected with spyware. The error you are recieving is most likey some left over registry entries from the infection. I would reccomend that you download both Ad-awareSE http://majorgeeks.com/download506.html and SpyBot Search&Destroy http://majorgeeks.com/download2471.html . Run both of those scans and we can go from there. Sorry for having you download two programs, but it is much easier doing it this way rather than editing the system registry.
