Help With Systemworks

    when i install systemworks from cd it gives me this error "cannot find livereg" so it wont let me register so then i went to liveupdate and it let me download all accept virus definitions then i get another error saying "cannot read subcribsion data" :( how can i fix this ive reinstalled it 3 times now just keeps doing the same thing .

    the symantec website has a pretty good knowledge base
